Shipping:Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours, subject to the availability of the stock. Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air orders received by 12:00pm US CST will be shipped the same day.

Covenant Bookstore currently only ships within the United States and Canada. For orders within the United States, shipping amounts will be displayed on the order screen. For Canadian orders, shipping costs will not be displayed on the order screen, but will be added at the time of shipping. If for some reason a shipment will cost more than the price automatically generated (eg...Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, post-order requests for change in quantity), we will contact you immediately to notify you of the change before shipping the order. If you are placing an international order and would like to know the shipping costs, please let us know in the comments field of the order form. (Orders placed by an international credit card, to be sent within the United States cannot be processed.)

We ship from warehouses across the country. Depending on your location it may take longer for a package to arrive. Please allow 4 to 7 business days for your order. We are closed for most major holidays including New Year's, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, & Christmas. If at any time you would like to inquire about the status of your order feel free to call.

Orders Made For Pickup: If you've placed an order and specified the "Pickup at Covenant Offices" delivery option, please allow a minimum of 24 business hours to process your order. Orders are typically available for pickup the next day after 2pm, Central Time.

Return Policy: Covenant Bookstore offers a 30 day return policy. Merchandise returned for refund within the 30 day return period is subject to a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling charges on all returned items. All returns must obtain authorization from Covenant Bookstore. Any return we receive without prior authorization will be returned to you and no credit issued. Authorizations are valid for 15 days from date of issuance. Returns must be 100% complete, in original condition, with all original boxes and packing materials. Additional charges may apply if the merchandise is not returned in 100% complete condition. We reserve the right to determine whether a product is returnable.
